$14 per month and 14% commission.
How often do I get paid for my sales?
Your portion of the commissions will deposit to your connected Stripe account as soon as the order is fulfilled with a valid tracking number or local pick up location.
Who pays for shipping?
Each seller will set up their own shipping account through Pirate Ship. Sellers are responsible for the cost creation of the shipping label.
Can I do a bulk upload of all my products?
Yes. Once your account is approved, you will be able to see the sample .csv spreadsheet and directions for uploading a bulk .csv file.
Can I run promotions on my products?
Absolutely! We encourage you to run sales and promotions and market your shoppe as much as possible to ensure your business is successful with Sandalwood Shoppes.
What is the return policy?
The return policy will be at the discretion of the seller.
Who pays sales tax?
Sandalwood Shoppes will collect and remit sales tax on behalf of the seller to ensure accurate reporting.
Are there restricted product categories?
Yes. We don't allow products that promote or solicit sex, drugs, or misconduct. Products that do not abide by this policy will be removed unless prior approval was given by an administrator.
Will I have access to reports pertaining to my business?
Yes. If, for whatever reason, a report you need is not available through your seller dashboard, please reach out to us. We will do our best to get the report you need.
